CANCELING ORDERS
All prints can be canceled for a full refund prior to their ship date. Shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks for all orders.
SHIPPED ORDERS
Orders that have been shipped cannot be refunded or exchanged. Orders damaged during shipping, or other related issues, will be repaired or replaced at my discretion. Please contact me within three (3) business days of the delivery date of your order if there are damages. I reserve the right to deny any damage claims after this three-day window. I am not responsible for packages returned without my prior written approval.
