Did you know that there’s a Greasemonkey script that allows you to share a Google Reader item on Twitter?
Selective Sharing
For those who may be debating on adding their Link Blog feed to your Twitter accounts, this could be a great solution. If you’re overwhelmed with feeds and share a lot of items daily, you may be a little hesitant to simply run your link blog feed to Twitter. Users may appreciate a good link or two on Twitter, but not everyone wants to be bombarded with them. The "Share with Twitter" Greasemonkey script is a great solution to this problem.
