google chrome If you’ve ever wanted the handy blank tab that Google provides in its lightweight Chrome browser, well you’re in luck today if you’re a Firefox user.

An update was released for the Google Toolbar in Firefox that brings this wonderful feature to the Firefox web browser. Not only do you get a quick visual overview of your recent most visited sites, but you can also take a quick look at recent bookmarks and recently closed tabs. You can also edit the thumbnails. Beware that this isn’t compatible with Firefox 2, but fortunately, none of this information goes back to Google.

Still don’t know what I’m talking about?
