The biggest problem I have with today’s services is how difficult it can be to cancel your account. For instance, I signed up for the service Guruger, another music sharing service. Now, I want to cancel my account and I can’t find a link nor an email address to do so. Why do services make canceling your account so difficult? Would they rather have inactive users?
